Green Chromi started acting strange, he's by himself in the corner (usually schools with other chromis) very rapid breathing and he's just sitting on the bottom, visible white spots on him. Ich? :hmm1:
It's safe to say yes. QT him/her. Your other fish have it as well but do not display symptoms. take all of your fish out of the display for 72 days and treat them with ich destroying meds.

no other fish in tank have any visible spots? cant really see from pic anything on the fins.
how many chromi in the group? what typically can happen is they eventually will kill each other off till only 2 are left and maybe just the lone survivor.

No, no other fish have spots, 3 other chromi in the group...I took him out and quarantined, observing him and other fish closely for signs. The group has gotten along very well for 3 months now...I hope it stays that way lol.
Yes, spots are on the top of the body, none visible on the fins, all 4 chromis have been good for the past 3 months, qt before adding to dt, haven't added a foreign wet item for nearly a month now...
looks more like scale damage. still hard to tell. the areas of question seem larger than what ich would typically exhibit at that stage.
again, these fish will eventually bicker. often times you will witness at least one within the group cowering in some corner low or high somewhere until it disappears. and the numbers continue to dwindle in a similar manner.
