Possible ID from someone..no pics

I know its hard to know what I'm talking about without pics...but here goes...I moved a rock earlier and there was a black slug with like a bright electric blue spot on the front...and it was only about 1/4 inch long moved into a hole to quick for me to see for very long..any ideas? All thoughts appreciated
