Possible LPS ID

I saved this little guy from horrible conditions at a chain pet store. They had no idea what it was, they just wanted 12 bucks for him so I figured I could save him. I believe that it may could be a frogspawn but I am really unsure. What do yall think?

think its a very sad candy cane but could be a euphylia of some sort so beat up hard to tell Post if it recovers more

I will. I felt bad for it, they said it had been in their tank for over a year. Poor lighting and even worse water conditions.
