Possible problem with my 7095 controller?

Hi Roger,
I just recently noticed that when I set the power on both channels to 50% using the little dials, the little leds will show that my 6000's are running at 80%, when I set them to around 25% the leds will show 60%. When I set the dials anywhere past 50%, the leds will show I'm running at 100%. Have you experienced this before? I've had the controller for a few months now and only have run at 30% - 100% on the dials. I recently had changed the positions of the pumps which required me to use a lower flow rate, which is when I noticed this issue.

Is there anything I can possibly try to resolve this?

The indicator on the knob is only to indicate the direction of increased and decreased flow, turned all the way counterclockwise until it stops is 30% and all the way clockwise is 100%, the LED's are what you need to look at to determine anything in between.
