Not as easy as the Tunze i'm afraid. The vortech have no connector to control speed as it's done wirelessly.
Only way would be something added to the profilux to send out the codes to the pumps or a new driver box from Ecotech that allows you to connect into the pump.
I'm looking at modding my Vortechs to control them but this will void the warranty on them of course.
The ideal solution would be an add on card that can act as a wireless master to the other vortech powerheads. This would alow infinte control opportunities of the other powerheads.
I do not see this happening ever but it is not really a big deal anyways. There is not really any major to use the profilux to control the vortechs when they have their own controller already that is not seperate from the pumps.
There are only a couple benefits I could think of from having the profilux control the vortechs.
1) You could have different modes of operation for different times of the day including different pump speeds.
2) Putting the profilux unit into feed mode could set the vortechs to feed mode as well.
Hopefully vortech will have some way of updating the firmware on their controllers for new functionality in the future.
