I’m looking to see how some reefers have there filtration set up. Refugium, sump, skimmer, ect. Some pics would be great. I need inspiration for my next reef.

Marino, I assume the large pipe is the overflow from the refuge...where is the incoming water ?

Yes that is the overflow from the fuge. In this pic you can see the standpipe and plumbing from the fuge

The overflow from the tank is the plumbing on the right that is coming through the wall. I direct feed my skimmer and the rest goes into the sump.

The rubbermaid is a 50g Stocktank. My goal was to keep the sump "clutter free." Hence the shelf. Plus it gives me easy access for cleaning. All that's in the sump are heaters and feed pumps for the CA RX, Skimmer and Zeo RX. The shelves are "stairs" pieces, about an 1" thick.

Which part of the sump would you like a closer pic of?

Here is mine. Not as complex as yours. But for being a 29 gallon and 14 years old I think its pretty good.

Here's what keeps the fuge cooking, a 70watt HQI.

you have a Seio in your fuge...that's not too much flow?

It is just a 620. I have had it turned off since I added a seahorse.

I guess I dont really need shots then, was wondering what kind of shelving unit you used but you answered my question with the 1" thick :)

Thanks. Setting mine up the next couple days and much of the details are still in the works.
