This is last summer with a 30 yard target on a 50 yard bale. It's harder then it looks.

No kidding! I remember when a box of 50 in 9mm was $3.85 at WalMart. Now it's like $18+ for 100 rounds.

Good .223/5.56mm rounds were close to $1.00 a round last time I bought. So I ended up selling both my AR/OLL's. Plus I had to fund my reef.

50 BMG, I think those are sold per round. :lol:

DrDNA just buy a Keltec SU16 that's what I did=)and the magazines from AR15's fit in them=)and cabelas is very close by and sells high capacity mags just a few short hrs from Sac to Nevada=)

Thanks guys! That was my Noveske N4 rifle with the legendary 14.5 double chromed lined barrel with pinned vortex flash hider. John Noveske built the upper and I assembled the lower to Cali specs. I kid you not, in pitch darkness you barely see any muzzle flash from this rifle.

Yeah Dave, I had to part with most to fund my upgrade. I kept some though. I still have the Glock, Kimber, and a couple Rugers.

Will trade LE SPS/Zoos for guns! :lol:

I've never shot the paraordnance 1911. My cousin has the PUNISHER'd out Kimber which kind of inspired me to get one. We went shooting at the range and I fell in love with it. Recoil was my favorite feature. My glock 40 and beretta 9 were nothing compared to it.

Which one do you recommend comparable to the kimber punisher?

hey mike, that is a cool thread, thanks for sending everyone the link! I have a couple Noveske lowers currently and have a couple more on backorder from Lanworld... hopefully some day they will arrive!!! It is hard as hell to get parts right now. The N6 lower I have is a perfect match with my armalite .338 federal upper.
I'm not registered on calguns forum, but I do read it regularly. Lots of good info there!

Dlee300z - I'm not sure which kimber is the "punisher'd" one or the one you shot. Para makes 1911's in the traditional single action and they also make a double action line (which is like blasphemy to a 1911). I'd stick with the SA models though. Para must have like 20-30 different models and configs.

bamm bamm - I've never shot the keltec guns... maybe someday I'll give one a try!

Thanks Jeff! Noveske makes some nice rifles! I talked to John directly right before Christmas two years ago and got lucky. He was in the mood and got my upper a few days before Christmas.

I thought it was hilarious I to get this Christmas card from Noveske for 2008. :lol:

We'll have to have ReefCentral shootout event somewhere=) I'll letcha shoot mine.. My buddy said it double fired on him though last time we were shooting...It's never done it to me though..The sweet thing about it is it folds in half too and would probably fit in a backpack it folds up that small.. I put a AR style forestock on mine though and took off the stock one with the bipod built in..added a laser dot scope etc..(it is a cheap *** walmart one thoughLOL)
