I think you are referring to Tube sponges and Finger sponges and No I don't as they are very difficult to keep in captivity. They need alot of nutrients and less light than some sponges and then you have to have fish that will not eat them. Also it is alot to do with collections, If any where along the way from the ocean to your tank it is removed from the water , temp changes ( big ones) , or too much lighting the sponge could go into shock and slowly die. You will buy it in good shape but it will die slowly over 1-3 months due to the damage done.
I have tried 3 so far with no real success. If you live close enough to the ocean , you could try to find a supplier that will understand all the above collection issues and try to keep one, but it is hard to know if collection or you are at fault when it dies
