Post your PAR readings for anemones

I know that there are some hobbyists out there with access to PAR meters. Has anyone taken readings around their various healthy anemones to determine an optimal range for the different species?

Also, does anyone know of any articles or threads that discuss specific and optimal PAR requirements for anemones?
