posting for sell items on here?

what are the rules about posting aquarium related items on here?

I believe it's 90 days and 50 posts. When I first came on the forum, they told me that I needed 50 meaningful posts, not just bumps or one word comments. I know the forum is "policed" but I'm not sure how vigilant the process is. I was excited when I reached my limit - and then there's the 90 days too.
