posting full size pictures

Can I get some help in posting full pictures...I know how to attach a thumbnail..but not a full one.

If you are uploading your images to RC to post you will not have any control over the display size.

If you want more control, and also if you want people not members or not logged into the forum to see your images, the best thing to do is upload them to a dedicated image server like Photobucket, Flickr, etc. You can load images of different sizes there and link them back here on RC. Just use the Direct URL on the image server and copy it to the editor here on RC using the yellow mountain icon.

Be careful showing too large an image. Some people here are viewing via smart phone or low res monitor. Too big an image really blows out on these smaller screens.

If you are using your phone, I recommend using an app like resizer, but any application to resize your pictures to around 600x800(ish) pixels will work. Then upload the resized image to a host such as imgur. Copy the .jpg url and the put the url in your text surrounded by

recommend opening a free account on photobucket or other hosting site, upload pictures there, view image and copy "direct" link, come back to your post and select the yellow square with the landscape, paste the link you just copied there and that's it. There is also the photobucket app which lets you do the same from your phone.
