Posting photos with phone?

Is there a way to post photos from an android phone without using tapatalk? I down loaded tapatalk to my phone and every time I want to post something (not photos) I have to click on web or tapatalk. I don't like this.

I use "pulse" it seems to work a bit better. Bit I still have to open in browser to upload pics.

reduce photo size is the app I use its really easy just converted to the size the forum accepts I only upload images with the app I don't use reef central on a desktop
