Posting Pics to Reefcentral

I have a Nikon D300. It takes incredible pictures. My problem is that the file sizes are too big to post on Reefcentral. How can I compress them?

Post processing software(Photoshop, Capture NX, Aperture, etc) should be able to do it.

Or start an account on Photobucket, Smugmug, etc and resize them in that account and post a link.
