To do it your way click post reply then look down where it says attach file. Click where it says how do I post an image. The trouble is you are limited more on pic size.
If you are talking about Clickable Pictures like this one:
It's pretty easy. Once you click ‘Reply†to message take the picture address of the smaller picture with the () tags, copy it, then click the [url]http://[/url] dialog button. The first box asks you for optional text. Past the smaller picture address with the ([img]) tags in this box. The next box asks you for the URL. This is the address you want the user to be taken to once they click the picture. Click ok!
