Potassium supplement

Who has been using Potassium supplement in a SPS dominated reef tank and what are your thoughts about it?

Get a test kit and make sure you use it. keep at ~380 to 400ppm
Overdosing K can be quite harmful.....I learned the hard way!

eins which side effects you observed with potassium dosing? What was the problem before dosing?

I'm personally not convinced that potassium gets depleted except perhaps in reefs with a lot of organic carbon dosing to drive bacterial growth and export.

Well,

I'm dosing the Prodibio line, Bioptim and Biodigest currently soon to begin the ReefBooster. I run carbon through a Phosban reactor and I'm curious about dosing potassium or not?

So then, what's a good one if you need it?
