Potential Light

Hey guys just wanted to run this buy you guys, One of my friends runs these lights on his 90 gallon reef tank and has good success growing corals but just wanted to get your opinoins. I cant really afford a 300 4 bulb T5 light so this is a pretty good option. Heres the link let me know.

My only issue would be thats it is not stated anywhere that the fixture is UL, Ce, or Ca certified. Other then that a 120 bucks it does not look bad. However this fixture as with most import fixtures use very low quaility bulbs. So maybe you may want to get this fixture and later get some better bulbs....
