Potter's And 4-Line wrasse together?

Potter's Leopard Wrasse? They'd get along fine. The thing I'd be concerned over is the shared food source. If both ate prepared well, you could try it. What is the tank size and how much LR is in the system?

I've got an ornate/Christmas wrasse (H. ornatissimus) and a Potters/shortnose leopard wrasse together in my 90g. The Potter's was added first, and once she was well established I added the other wrasse. They were fine for a while, then the ornate started chasing the Potter's -- she was in hiding 90% of the time for about three months, then there was an overnight truce and they've been ignoring each other ever since.

You should be okay, depending on tank size. Make sure it's an established tank -- the Potter's will want to snack on pods and other goodies from the rockwork, and if s/he's not eating terribly well when you get him/her home, this could mean the difference between a healthy wrasse and a dead one.

I'd get the Potter's nice and fat first, make sure s/he is eating well and comfy in the tank, and then add the fourline to the mix.
