First, do you know it's got one?
Some people do use Prazipro as a preventative, but honestly, rather than use anything that might suppress a situation long enough for it to survive qt, I'd rather see it break out in spots or poo white or do whatever it will so I can treat it appropriately without having to delay to change treatments.
Since this is your first qt? ---DO be careful of three things: 1) have an ammonia badge on that tank [Seachem], draw a fill line and keep your salinity steady, and above all, make sure the pump is powerful enough to oxygenate that tank.
