powder blue tang may have fluke?

Sooo. I had a fellow reefer over today scope out my tank and I got a couple of new fish. The fish of interest in this thread is my powder blue tang. He has a large bump in the middle of his body . It looks like a pimple but has no discoloration ect.... He said he thinks its a fluke anyone have any experience with this?

Most likely a physical injury.
Flukes are extremely difficult to see unless on the eye. The best tell-tale sign of flukes is twitching and flicking of the body.
