powder blue tang not eating

I have had it for 9 days now and it won't eat.I have thrown everything under the sun at it.I even tried soaking the food in some garlic.All it does is graze the lr non stop.It is really skinny and I'm worried.Any ideas?

Rubberband nori to a rock you see him grazing on to get him started. As Mrscribbled posted, PE mysis and NLS pellets are going to be good bets for weight gain. Get him ingesting something first, worry about what afterwards.
