Powder blue tang

This isn't really a disease and I hope this is the right forum...I purchased a powder blue over the weekend...He looks great the only problem is he keeps bumping into everything sand, rocks etc...He dosn't seem to be to scared of anything, I'm just wondering if he may be blind...Is this normal for a tang to do for a while? Thanks for any help...

Does he run head on it things or is it rubbing its sides on the sand and rock? There is a behavior called glancing in which a fish will attempt to rub an external parasite off of its body.

Yea he isn't rubbing into things, it looks as if he can't see what comming...He will run right into a coral...Looks like he is in good health, maybe he is just checking things out...Thanks so much for your reply...

Yea, its weird...You can't even scare him...I can net him with no problem at all...I will get a picture tonight...Thanks for the responce...
