I have a PB Tang in QT that just can't seem to shake Flukes. Last night was the 3rd time in 4 weeks that I've treated the tank with PraziPro. It always starts with him twitching, I treat with PraziPro and a couple of days later he's fine. About a week or so later he starts twitching again. I'm doing the treatments about every 2 weeks to kill the eggs. Should I be doing them more frequently?

are you sure it's fluke's & not ich prazi is pretty effective on killing flukes normally you'll see results in the first week make sure your dosing properly or go over a little more on the dosage but i bet you probably have ich

I'm constantly examining this fish (it's driving me crazy) and I've never seen any white dust on him to indicate it's ick. Also, he never, ever rubs. His tankmates (a Maroon Clown and a Chromis Damsel) have never shown any signs of ick either. And the only time any of them showed signs of Flukes was when the Chromis was breathing heavy. It's been weeks since I've seen that happen.

I believe most would do a weekly treatment with a ~25% water change, and most find three of these weekly treatments is sufficient. Make sure you shake the Prazipro very well before use.
