It's 3 weeks old and i noticed white spots. I drip acclimated it and thought all was well. water parameters are in check and it didn't show sines of stress. I took it out and put it in my hospital tank. filled from display tank water. what is the best method for treating ich. i was planning the hyposalinity method.

should i treat all my fish even if they don't have any spots?

I just finished hypo on my baby 2" Regal Angel. Here's a couple links giving step by step.

You should treat all fish.

Once you see that the Ich is gone, keep a sharp eye out for secondary bacterial infection. My Regal got it, but I just started treating with Maracyn 2 in a 1.012 SG salinity. After 24 hours, I can clearly see that the Maracyn 2 is kicking serious butt on the bacteria.
