My powder brown tang has been showing slight signs of ich over the past 3 days. I wasn't sure, so I was keeping a close eye on him. Last night before going to bed I was pretty sure he had ich.
This morning I wake up and get ready to go get a quarantine tank setup and he looks like the attached picture. I have no idea what's happening with him. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. He has some large brown spots on his body as well.
He's still eating, still swimming around, and acting normal. I have him in a separate quarantine tank now.
Edit: Forgot to mention, nothing new has been added in the last 2 months. He is the newest fish in the tank and was fine in both quarantine and for the first 2 months he was in the tank. This just started over the last couple days. NO other fish seem to be affected...so far.
Salinity is at 1.025
Ammonia, Nitrite, and Nitrate are undetectable.
