powder brown with ich

i have a 20 gallon QT with a sponge filter, i bought the powder brown and a tomini tang 4 days ago no signs of ich or anything, after getting them in the tank i put a half dose of cooper i waited 2 days and add the other half dose split into 2 doses, 1 in the morning and 1 in evening. today i wake up and the powder brown is covered in little white dots.

my question:
since i cant kill them while there on the fish and i already have a full dose of cooper is my only option to wait until they detach themselves? or is there anything i can do to help the fish out?

using seachem copper, not sure if a FW dip would help because of the shock from copper to no copper and ect.

There's no temporary relief for ich because the trophonts burrow in under the epithelium. If copper is at full therapeutic, best to just ride it out and treat for 30 days.
