Power back on. Now What?

Could someone answer a few questions for me and then give as much information to Newbies like me to help them Recover. The question is: What exactly do we need to do with our tanks now that the power is back on?

I am lucky, like Shooter, that my tank is in the basement so the temp of my tank dropped 2 degrees. I was able to run my Tunze 6060 and a powerhead to aerate the water, using a battery backup from work. It lasted about 5~6 hours then I would charge it at my Mom's house and bring it back. My corals and Fish(save my Moorish) survived. I have a bunch of Macro in my Sump and it should have had plenty of oxygen from the Macro, would occasionly hookup a pump to the sump to move water (thanks jpgraft for mention this to me). I know that I need to do a water change (doing a 20% change today) and I already run Carbon, Purigen and polyfilters. I plan on testing my water and adjusting water acorrdingling (Raise KH/PH and Calcium, and add Stability to help replenish any lost bacteria) if needed.

What else do I need to do and what are things I should look out for.

Thanks for everyones help.

If there is not anything dying in the tank, then I would just do the water change and keep an eye on everything.. My power just came back on and all I had was a small SEIO turning in the main tank, and water looks crystal clear right now. But I still plan on doing a water change and monitor the test levels.
