Sounds like a secondary bacterial infection. This happens sometimes when your fish get ick. And powder blue's are very fragile if they aren't to established. Someone should chime in with a recomendation for bacterial infection treatment. I think any penacillin type med will work. I'd bring up the sg first then treat him seperate. Is he still eating?

still eating well,,,only one spot on the body,,,spot like this size 0 with open up skin,,any one know if this is itch ??
what should i do here,tahnks

When you say low sg do you mean hypo as in .009 or just low like .018 or so. Its very important you keep him well fed, thats half the battle right there.

low salinity treat at .009

low salinity treat at .009

yes i did 6 week with .009 but after a day back up to 1.025 blue tang have o biger spot instead of alot small white spot,,but the other two fish are find,,,any idea,,should i treat them again at .009 or what??

I would hold off on doing any more treatments until we find out what is wrong. Could be a few different things but is tehre any way you could get a pic? I'd still say secondary bacteria
