I have a battery backup that was sent to me around 5-6 months ago from Ecotech for a warranty repair. The BB is no longer charging at all. Before I plug in the power brick, the light is green. Once I plug it into the BB, the light turns red. Is the power brick or BB faulty? I already have an RMA but I'm unsure if I should send in the power adapter, the battery backup, or both. Obviously, I would prefer to send in the power adapter only if that is the faulty part. Please help.
