power compact bulb 420nm vs 460nm

I'm about to purchase actinic power compact bulbs what are the best essentially for coral growth to get the 420nm , 460nm, or 420nm/10,000k
just wanted to know what members in the area use or prefer

I go with current usa dual actinics you get both 420 and 460 in one bulb, and they come in both straight and square pin.

ok thanks I ordered the exact brand and type as you suggested. hopefully having the 420 will make a big difference than just the two 460.

corals turning brown from not enough light would that be actinics... or more of a metal halide lighting problem?
