Power cord

I just installed my new Vortechs and noticed that the power cord that goes from the wall to the "brick" appears to be a standard PC/Computer type cord.

If I need more length, I'm assuming I can just get a longer cord for this. Is this correct, or is there some electrical limitation in the length of the power cord (as there is with MH lighting)?

P.S. One thing I don't like about the pumps is that I need another one (or two) and I have to wait for a bit before I can buy two more! :rollface:

You can substitute a longer cord with no problems. Its just as you say, a standard power cord.
