Power Filter

I have recently upgraded my 25gallon reef tank to A 75 gallon I have the reef octupus HOB skimmer witch is rated to 90 gallons. My question is I have not added sump yet thinking I should Add power filter I tried The aqueon power filter but thing is loud the only other one I can find is the marineland biowheel would this be ok to use'. Basically just want to remove the dedris from tank and run carbon
