Power Head Question

Hi all

In a 6 foot long 150 gallon....fish only tank... I am assuming you'd put to power heads at the bottom of the tank, for extra movement one at each end facing in...how strong of a power head would be optimal to keep the water on the bottom traveling with t he correct flow
