power heads for Wave Makers

Has anyone used the Hydor Koralia Water Circulation Pumps on a wavemaker timer, like the CurrentSea?

I have two koralia 4's that i had put on the wavemaker system of my reefkeeper 2, and they make a horrible clicking on start up... I would not recommend them for use on a wavemaker. I am going to be switching out to some modded maxijets which should be better.

I can set my 2 tunze 6100's up on the controller to make some serious waves...
