Power heads running dry

Last night I completely ripped my tank apart as I am replacing my rock and sand entirely (long story). I accidentally ran my Jebao rw-4's out of water over night. Should I be concerned? They still seem to be fine and I gave them a good cleaning but I am hoping this isn't bad like running a return pump dry.

Well, it is either fried or it is not. If it runs too hot it will freeze up. If it is running it is fine.

Okay so heat is the biggest concern. I wasn't sure if it was bad for the impeller to spin out of water or not. Luckily they run at 20% at night, thanks for the response.
