I bought my Osmolator earlier this year and the power supply no longer works. How do I go about getting a replacement?

If it has no water damage, we would replace it under warranty. The most common issues are the DC tip will corrode inside if it ever got wet. If water spills on the power supply it can also be damaged. If this is not the case, if you send it in we will replaced it, if it did suffer water damage, you can order this part on Tunze.com, it is about $20, part 5012.010.
