This model power supply would likely be 4 years old + as we changed to the new model 6105.240 after Feb 2010. At that age they are nearing the end of the road. It could be corrosion of the power tip, it could be the connection is weak at the pump (does it easily unplug/fall out, this can be adjusted), it could just be they are starting to fail and need to be replaced. They are not repairable or serviceable outside of changing the jumpers, which are not a fuse, they are a resistor which changes the output voltage, it is rare that these are the cause unless they were mistakenly replaced with jumpers from the current model power supply which have shorter pins and make poor or no contact.
