Hi Roger,

I currently have a 72 X 24 X 24 tank with two diagonal corner weirs.

The rockwork is very open but runs across the back the tank and in front of the weirs.

I currenlty have a 9000 lph return pump with two returns, either end of the tank. The returns are pointed towards the surface so I get good surface agitation.

I also run a closed loop system with a sequence 10000 lph pump and ocean motions. The returns come through the base of the tank and I have two returns under the rockwork working as a reef flush keeping detrius in suspension and two others moving about 5000lph across the tank.

I used to have an aditional Vortech MP40 but took this off due to the noise levels and have replaced this with an old 6100 I had lying around (peace at last).

Anyway as I keep SPS I want to add more flow and was thinking about adding 3 or 4 Tunze 6095.

I am looking at the 6095 due to the smaller footprint within the tank and was looking to have one either end in the middle and the other two at the back of the tank pointing across the tank at an angle so they hit the front glass about 2/3 of the way across the front payne.

Would this work to add additional random flow or would you suggest the Streams such as 2 X 6155.

I would go with either 2 6105's or 2-4 6095's. I would prefer the 6095's due to the small size and it sounds like you already have a fair amount of flow. I would start with 2 and add more if needed, 2 may be enough if the growth is not very dense and more could be added, either 1 or 2 more should complete the flow needs of even a very dense tank.
