can you adjust the amount of current in a powerhead ? I just added a fluval sea cp3 to my 45 gallon and it says it runs up to 50 gal. I'm not sure if this is too strong my fish seem to be swimming quickly against the current. Please let me know if I can or should adjust the flow power
