Powerhead trouble shooting

I just received two tunze powerheads with multi controller and I am not getting power I am assuming power goes to the silver box then just hook the jumper from the silver box to the multi controller right

The controller is powered by the pumps. The pump is and controller are connected to the driver and everything is powered by the round hockey puck transformer.

thats for the fast responce is there a way I can use my volt meter to check and see if the transformer is working

Yes, what model is the transformer? It should have a number like 7210.202 or 7410.602.

OK, it puts out about 20V AC, the center is the neutral and the two sides are both hot poles, each putting out 20V, so with the black lead to the center and red to one outer you should get 20V.
