Powerhead Woes

Came home tonight to find that one of my powerheads - Maxspect Gyre - had just stopped running. Another - Jebao RW20 - had fallen off the tank wall and was just pushing water into the back right corner of the tank...

OK... I've dealt with this kind of thing before. Took out the Gyre. Figured maybe something had gotten into the impeller and caused it to jam. Disassembled it, found nothing out of the ordinary. Decided to give it a soak in a vinegar solution. Might as well clean it while it's out of the tank... Anyhow, got it all nice and clean, reassembled it and put it back in the tank. Still nothing - totally dead. I've had this pump for maybe a year? Can't remember when I bought it... Anyone have this same experience? What to do? It's just sitting on a shelf for now...

The Jebao still works obviously, but the assembly used for attaching it to the tank wall is pretty flimsy. Two of the little rubber pieces that hold the two parts of the inside magnet had broken. So there's no way to reattach it without it just falling off again. Does anyone know where I can order replacements for the little rubber parts? Only one powerhead running on a big tank like this just ain't cutting it!
