Powerheads

I think I need to add some more flow to my tank, I am just not sure how much. My tank is 55g, I have a Rio 2100 in my sump for the return.
How many powerheads sould I have and how many gph would be ideal. I have about 50 lbs of LR and I am heading towards mostly softies in the tank.

Normally, the recommended flow (including your return pump) is 10x your tank capacity per hour. In your case, with a 55g, you'd be shooting for a minimum of 550 gph. Some will say more will be better, others less, but it's a good level to aim for.
