Powerheads

I'm looking to get powerheads for my 45g. Can someone help me as to what flow rate and what model of Aqua clear pwr heads i would need.

1 hydor koralia 4, or 2 koralia 2 or 3 would work great also!

I would try to go with more than two, that way you will be able to have more turbulence in the tank. Which if I remember, its great for corals...

If you are going to have fish only then the Maxi-Jet 1200 is a fine choice. If you want to have hard corals then much more flow will be needed. You may at that point want to look into the Tunze brand. Expensive but as the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for."

If you are going to have softies and maybe a few LPS then those should work real fine. If you are going to have a sump, your sump return will give you additional flow.
