If those turn out to be Envy Orange then that is a hell of a find.

actually Envy orange are more common. They're generally being sold as RPE though. if you look at most of the rpes for sale, most of them are envy oranges.

those look like envy orange to me. I have a colony of those as well and I bought them as envy orange from reefenvy a while back.

PPE's should have green skirt, so I don't know what you have but probably not PPE. Maybe post another pic after a few days/weeks when it colors up some more for a better id.

I picked up a colony just like that but with a more green in the center..they have the slit mouth and everything. They may not be PPE's but are definitely the same species, no?

I'd say BPE.. a lot of pplz also call 'em RPE..but then i've seen RPE that are actually bright maroon red..so yea.
