Prazipro and skimmer

I would like to do two treatment of prazipro. The instructions states to turn off the skimmer. Will I have a problem having the skimmer off for two weeks? I have a 300 gallon tank with 9 fish. The tank is 90 percent sps. Not big colonies.

you will have to turn off the skimmer during the treatment as the skimmer will overflow with prazipro. depending on your fish load, having the skimmer off may or may not be a problem. just keep a close eye on your nitrate and phosphate.

at the end of the treatment, do a 50% water change and put carbon in to remove the prazipro.

I am treating for Fluke.

I will run the treatment till Sat. morning. Do a water change, run carbon and skimmer till Mon evening, and start the second treatment Mon night. How does this sound?

Yeah it sounds good, except that you don't need to run the skimmer between the first and second treatments. Just do a large water change and run carbon for a day or so.
