Prazipro treatment for AEFW's.

Do not wait to dose prazipro, i waited around thinking about other options and i lost a b/g chromis, kole tang and a coral beauty because i waited to dose, the rest of the fish were FW dipped and put into a prazipro QT.. all flukes fell off my other fish and they are doing better.. please dont wait to dose, flukes can kill over night

not for aefw, but for turbellarian, flukes, and intestinal worms it works wonders.

Umm did you read the thread? This thread was about corals not fish

My coral beauty had - what I think - were trematodes (flat flukes on the body). I used 1/2 tsp in 10 gals of water pulled from the main tank and put the guy in there for a soak. He did great overnight in the hospital tank, but then very suddenly died the next day. He was fine, ate, then started hyperventiliating, keeled over and died. I have no idea what went wrong here. Maybe he had internal parasites too and something went wrong? Maybe it was just bad luck.. I'm scared of the stuff now, though.
