I am starting dosing tomorrow in my 10 gallon quarentine tank for my cherub angel and blenny. I have a few questions
Is one 5 day treatment period enough?
What do I do to the tank during the treatment period?
How big of a water change should I do after the five days is over?

I usually do 2 doses of prazipro, but I'm sure it varies. It stays in the water for about 3-4 days so you can dose again after that if you want. No special water change is necessary just for prazipro, unless you were going to do one anyway.

I usually do 2 rounds, as I was told and read that PP doesn't kill the eggs, so the 2nd round is likely to kill whatever hatches, if any does.

i usually go two rounds as well. i do Tank Transfer Method (TTM) for all new arrivals, so my prazi treatment usually starts after the first xfer, then lasts until the 4th, then a two break, then prazi for the next two xfers, before they go to grow out.

Then QT for 4-6 weeks before going to the DT.

Two doses for me also during the TTM, I go on rounds 2 and 3, I like the fish in Prazipro for 6 days continuously.

If I'm not doing ttm and just regular quarantine, how long in between treatments?

i typically do 2 - 4 days, but i doubt there would be harm in going longer. my opinion is that the two rounds are the key in this situation. the lag in between my treatments is dictated by my tank transfer schedule more than anything else.
