I will be using this in my QT for Flukes etc. Anyone experience anything bad while using this product. Did you use the standard dosage etc.? Just looking for folks with experience with this product to chime in...thanks!

I don't know how this might differ from "Prazipro", but I use bulk praziquantel quite often. Typically, the dose is 2ppm for a week, then a water change and a re-dose. The 14+ days is needed to break the life cycle of some egg-laying flukes. The biggest issue is that it is not very soluble in water. I use an old nylon stocking to break up the chunks and get it into suspension a bit better. Some people use ethanol as a solvent, but you need to use the absolute smallest amount so you don't end up with an oxygen scavenging bacterial bloom feeding on the EtOH.

doesn't matter fish show a sign of fluke or not.
I'm using it 2(no sign)~4 weeks(show sign, or continue another 2 weeks when sign is visually gone) for all my QT fish before introducing to main tank,

as it's label instruction, 1 teaspoon/20G, that's about 5ml/per 20G, it seems a pretty safe product to me .

Pretty sure it does not work on Ich...but will treat intestinal worms like tapeworms (in addition to external Flukes).

I was just reading up on it one a flyer from my LFS that carries it. Says it works against parasites, so that would include ich. I doubt it though. So is it reef safe?

Not necessarily include ich....Prazi might not be effective against Ich as meds generally are targeted at specific organisms and are not very broad spectrum.

As far as reef safe...I would only use it in a QT.
