tank should be cycled within the next week so id like to go buy a couple fish now and start TTM along with prazipro and formalin during TTM.

how much of each medicine do you use per gallon?
how long do you leave the fish in each medicine for?
and on what days of TTM do you use each medicine?

i came back here to read my last thread i started but the thread is gone =(

Here's my method:
Place new fish in tank one of TTM for 72 hours or less. Add formalin 50 minutes before the first transfer (according to directions for formalin dip on package).

Transfer to tank two of TTM and try to feed a couple of hours later. If it eats, add Prazipro according to directions on package. Make sure aeration is vigorous.

After 72 hours or less transfer to tank three of TTM. Add formalin of last 50 minutes before transfer to tank 4 of TTM.

After moving fish wait for it to eat and then add Prazipro. If you have any issues with fish on the last TTM (tank 4), plan on another transfer for bacterial treatment.

Don't mix medicines. I've had the best luck with freshly mixed saltwater for each TTM tank. I've never lost a fish doing TTM and furthermore, none have failed to eat. Some people use hyposalinity in TTM, raising salinity slightly for each transfer or leaving it low all the way through. The tanks that get Prazipro smell slightly "fishy" when the water is discarded. The ones with formalin don't. If the volume of water in the TTM tanks is enough and the fish are small and not crowded, there is no reason to treat for ammonia since it won't reach harmful levels in 3 days.
