Hello,

I noticed that you guys did a group buy on this reactor. I was wondering what you think of it. I was going to buy a couple as it looks like the best deal.

Do any of you run two off of the same pump, if so which pump? Is it better to run each reactor on an individual pump? How much media does each one hold?

I am thoroughly satisfied with mine~! I cant remember what the housing was made of but I think thats its only disadvantage. -I think its NOT extruded?? Other than that it feels like a well built piece of equipment~! It even comes with pipe tape for the hose barbs~!

Im only running about 1 cup of phosban in mine for a system thats aprox. 60g. It looks as though it could hold upwards of 4-4.5 cups of phosban. -Just an estimate

Its running externally with one Bekkett 70gph pump. -Probably pushing closer to 60gph

I plan on adding carbon to the unit as well.

-Matt

I have the 2 SR35 I got on the group buy and 3 TLF phosban reactor 150. They both are good but for overall ease of use and the bracket that allows you to hang them on the lip of your sump I prefer the TLF.
