Preferred Fish Foods

I was wondering what everyone tends to like to feed their fish (and some invertabrates). Obviously the herbivores and grazers need an algae based food, any favorite blends or brands? And for more meaty foods, any suggestions? Obviously variety is key, but are there one or two brands or types that people prefer? I currently use Formula One, but the last couple of batches I have bought, have dissolved immediately and not broken into the more solid meaty chunks that it used to. Does anybody use or reccomend the reef formula by ocean nutrition? And any favorites for mysis?
